Trips have fine print

Tickets that go on sale at midnight in another time zone. A flight at 12:55 AM that really leaves the night before. Four suitcases and three cities. We catch these before they catch you.

From one real trip we planned: sixteen nights in Japan for a father and his son.

Your trip, on your phone

Every trip comes with its own private app. Open it in Kyoto at 7 AM and it shows what is next, the train to take and the booking code. Ask its assistant anything. These screens are from the Japan trip.

Questions

How much does it cost? Planning is a flat fee based on how long the trip is and how many cities, quoted after the first call and before you commit. Bookings are at our agency and group rates, and you see every price before we book.

Is it people or AI? Both. A planner leads your trip and makes the calls. AI does the heavy research and the checking, and powers the assistant in your app.

Where can you plan? Anywhere. We go deep on each place: trains, tickets, neighborhoods, food, the local rules. Our first trips were Japan.

Do I have to book through you? No. Book what you like yourself and we build it into the plan. Most people let us handle anything with a sell-out window.

What is in the trip app? Every day with times and places, every booking and code, the bag plan, a budget, shared notes, and an assistant you can ask anything. It opens from a private link and works offline.

What if plans change on the trip? Ask the assistant, or message your planner. We update the app and everyone on the trip sees it.

How far ahead should I start? Six weeks or more is best. Some tickets open months ahead, some two weeks ahead at midnight. Tell us your dates and we will say what is urgent.

Can you plan for a group? Yes. Families, friends, teams. Everyone gets the app, and we use group rates where they exist.

Is my information private? Your trip lives on a private link. We do not sell or share your details.

What do you need from me? Where, when, who, and what you love. The form below takes two minutes.
